Instructions for connecting a Telegram bot

1. Open the page "Widget settings", under the line "ADD BUTTONS FOR SOCIAL NETWORKS AND MESSENGERS" select the TELEGRAM icon and click on it.
2. A form with two fields will open. In the first of them you need to enter your NickName, i.e. in a Telegram account, this is Username.

3. To connect the Telegram communication channel, you first need to get your API key. Open Telegram, find a user named @botfather in it and start a chat with him. Then you need to send a command to the Telegram chat (with @botfather) to create a new bot - / newbot

4. Then you need to enter the name of the new bot, which will be displayed to visitors while chatting with it. For example, tester. The next step is to provide a username for the bot, by which your customers can find it and write to you. Note, that the username must end with “bot”, eg SmartbtnChatbot. After that, an API key will be provided, which we will need when connecting the Telegram channel.

Instructions for connecting a VK bot

1. Click on the "Widget Settings" tab;
2. Under the line "ADD BUTTONS FOR SOCIAL NETWORKS AND MESSENGERS" select the VK icon and click on it;

3. Fill in the fields that open:
- the address of your page in VK, for example, https://vk.com/id111111111, i.e. this is the main page of your VK account, and its address can be copied from the address bar of the browser;

- the address of the community page through which you communicate with the client, for example, https://vk.com/public111111111, i.e. this is the main page of your group in VK, the address can also be copy from browser address bar:

- the secret key is created in the community management settings. To do this, go to the "Management" tab on the community page:

- then in the settings you need to select "Working with API"

-go from the "Access Keys" tab to the Callback API tab. Find the line "The string the server should return: abcdefgh". Copy the secret line after the colon and paste it into the "Reply line" field in the widget settings:

5. Go to the VK community. The first step is to indicate that a bot will work in your community. To do this, go to "Community Management" → "Messages" → "Bot Settings" and enable the "Bot Features" item. After that, a button "Add to Conversation" will appear in the community, which opens a modal window with a list of conversations.

Instructions for connecting a Viber bot

1. Click on the "Widget Settings" tab;
2. Under the line "ADD TOSOCIAL NETWORKS AND MESSENGERS "select the Viber icon and click on it;

3. If you do not have an account at partners.viber.com yet, you will need to register using the link here

4. After that you will find yourself in the admin panel and can create a bot account. We fill in all the fields, starting with the account name (the name of the bot that users will see in Viber) and the URI (used to create a deep link to the bot), ending with the email and location. Click "Create" and get the token. We copy it. We will receive a push notification in Viber, by which you can go to the newly created bot. Initially, the account will be hidden from other users until you click the “Publish” button.
5. Copy the token into the form field and save the widget settings

Instructions for connecting a Facebook bot

1. Click on the "Widget Settings" tab;
2. Under the line "ADD SOCIAL MEDIA AND MESSENGER BUTTONS" select the Facebook icon and click on it;

Instructions for connecting a Whatsapp bot (Twilio)

1. Click on the "Widget Settings" tab;
2. Under the line "ADD BUTTONS FOR SOCIAL MEDIA AND MESSENGERS" select the Whatsapp icon and click on it;

3. To connect and use any WhatsApp business integration, you must have a registered company with valid registration details and documents. Otherwise, WhatsApp will not approve your request and prevent you from integrating WhatsApp Business with any external platform. If you don't have a registered company, connecting WhatsApp to Умной кнопке is unfortunately not possible. Please note that integration through Twilio requires purchasing their number. RF numbers are not available for purchase at the moment. Also, when using any number, the integration will require additional payment according to Twilio tariffs.
4. Register on the Twilio website and fill in the required information. Bank card details are not required for registration!
5. Get approval from WhatsApp Send a WhatsApp request to activate your Twilio number To use the Twilio WhatsApp API, you need to activate your Twilio number for WhatsApp. Twilio itself will use this information to validate your agreement with WhatsApp and to comply with Twilio's privacy policy, and to assist you with integration. You will need your Facebook Business Manager ID to request permission for Twilio to post on your behalf.
6. Fill out the form to activate your Twilio number
7. Twilio Account SID (which is then also entered into the Whatsapp form in the widget settings) - the SID of the Twilio account. To find the SID, go to your Twilio account under Settings> General and copy the data from the ACCOUNT SID field;

8. Fill in the remaining fields. If everything is filled in correctly, Twilio will contact you within 5 days after you send your request.

9. Activate the function of sending messages
10. Accept the request from Twilio to send messages on your behalf Attention! You can only proceed to this step if your account has already been approved by WhatsApp. After you receive an email from Twilio stating that your WhatsApp account has been pre-approved, you need to allow Twilio to send messages on your behalf.
11. Once your WhatsApp Business account has been approved, you will receive an email from Twilio inviting you to upgrade your account to complete the integration. To do this, you just need to top up your account using your card.
12. Connect Twilio to Smartbtn. To find the SID and token, go to your Twilio account under Settings> General. The SID and token must be copied from the dashboard of your Twilio account and paste into form fields on the widget settings page. Click on the button "Save widget settings"

Instructions for connecting Odnoklassniki-bot

1. Get the access key as described in this manual Instructions
2. Open the page "Widget settings", under the line "ADD BUTTONS FOR SOCIAL NETWORKS AND MESSENGERS" select the OK icon and click on it.

3. Go to the settings of your group in Odnoklassniki and copy from the line "Direct link to the dialogue with the group" part of the link like group / 58269558636565 / messages. Paste the copied link into the "Enter profile address" field.

Installing and connecting the plugin for CMS WordPress

1.Download the zip file to your computer
2. Place the folder with the unpacked plugin in wp-content / plugins / on the server where WordPress is installed, or install the plugin through the admin area of the WordPress site as described below.

3. Install and activate the plug-in, then the Smartbtn item will appear in the list

4. Copy the security token completely from the widget settings window to your personal account (double-clicking the left mouse button, then right-clicking on "Copy"). IMPORTANT!!! when changing the password, the security token will change and the old token will become invalid.
